EXCELLENT8.0 Ein toller Aufenthalt mit klasse Kerala Essen a la Mama🫶🏼. ☺Wir haben uns für diese Unterkunft wegen den guten Bewertungen entschieden. Das Familien geführte Hotel ist sehr schmackhaft eingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Wir haben oft für Ausflüge ein Taksi gebucht, wo wir unterstützt wurden. Auch außerhalb der Esszeiten haben wir unser Essen sehr liebevoll serviert bekommen. Ein tolles Abendgespräch hatten wir mit den Besitzern der Unterkunft. Die Lage ist wundervoll direk am Fluss gelegen. Tolle Gartenanlage und ein schicker Pool. ☹Wir hatten Probleme mit der Klimaanlage, deshalb haben wir das Zimmer gewechselt. Unser Problem wurde schnell gelöst! We stayed 2 nights in a lovely room, spacious, cool & elegantly decorated with a huge, well appointed bathroom. The main house is fantastic, a beautiful big old colonial home with really lovely eclectic style- designed by the owner. It is set in wonderful grounds next to the river- ideal for bird & nature watching. Most importantly of all though are the hosts- impressively professional & so kind & friendly! The food was delicious, we had great home cooked vegetarian meals. The Ayurvedic consultation & treatments were thoroughly explained & were very relaxing & reinvigorating. We enjoyed really great conversations with interesting people, they arranged trips out & were knowledgeable about the local flora, fauna & culture. Thank you! ☹ Difficult to think of anything but long mirror near a plug in the rooms would be good please.10 ☺بشكل عام كانت تجربة اكثر من رائعة، جلست فترة ابحث عن منتجع علاجي تتوفر فيه جميع الخدمات وكان خيار مناسب الحقيقة. نبدى يومنا الصباح بجلسة يوقا لمدة ساعه، بعدها نروح نفطر بعدها نلعب بلياردو او نشوف فلم بعدين نروح الجلسة العلاجية الشعبية الأولى وهي حسب خطة يضعها الطبيب المقيم بالمنتجع بعد كذا وجبة الغداء وممكن تقضي وقتك تمشي بالحديقة الواسعه او سباحة او في المكتبة بعدها تبدى جلسة علاجية ثانية، وبعدها نروح لأي مكان قريب نتمشى فيه لين يجي وقت وجبة العشاء، الجميل بالموضوع ان المكان جدا هادي بوسط غابة مطله عالنهر وفيه عدة فعاليات بالمكان تخلينا مانحتاج نطلع منه، الأكل لذيذ ومتغير واخذت الباقة الكاملة بالخدمات بشكل مباشر مع المنتجع. ☹كل شيء ممتاز9.0 Wonderful10 Accoglienza e ospitalità, relax, natura, yoga e ayurveda in una struttura bellissima ricca di charme ☺Mi è piaciuto tutto di questa meravigliosa struttura. Prima di tutto l’ACCOGLIENZA. All’arrivo mi hanno accolta con collana di fiori profumatissima e un latte di cocco squisito. Dopo la sistemazione nella mia suite ho potuto assaporare il cibo delizioso preparato con molta cura. Una bella passeggiata per scoprire la natura nella quale il resort è immerso. Il mio soggiorno è durato una settimana e per una settimana sono stata coccolata da tutto il personale e dalla meravigliosa famiglia che lo gestisce. Sempre pronti ad esaudire ogni mio desiderio. Come in una fiaba. Tranquillità, relax, natura, massaggi, yoga, passeggiate, lettura, piscina…tutto perfetto. From the moment I arrived, I felt like part of a family. The owners, Preethy and Davis, along with their son Karan, have created such a beautiful and welcoming environment. Their warm smiles and genuine care ensure that every guest feels truly at home. The whole property is completely immersed in nature. I had seen some pictures on Google and had certain expectations but trust me, it's so much more than that. It’s truly different from the pictures, in the best way. As someone who loves nature, I can say this place is perfect. The atmosphere and the structure of the entire property were just amazing. The rooms felt like a little peaceful corner just for me, simple, clean, and cozy in the best way. Waking up to the sounds of birds and fresh air all around made me feel calm and connected to nature. There’s something truly special about the atmosphere here it's quiet, green, and full of life. The food was another beautiful part of the experience. Every meal was light, fresh, and made with so much love. I didn’t just eat ,I felt nourished. The best part of my stay was definitely the treatment. Dr. Jugunu, who looked after me, is so kind and knowledgeable. From the first moment, she made me feel completely comfortable. She really takes the time to listen, explains everything in such a simple, clear way, and makes sure every treatment is just right for you-your body, your energy, your state of mind. I didn’t come here with any medical issues ,it was more about giving my mind a break, and honestly, it worked wonders. I left feeling so refreshed and grounded. Dr. Anjana is also part of the amazing team, The therapists were amazing too. I felt super comfortable around them, like I could just be myself without any stress or pressure. Every session left me feeling so relaxed. It didn’t feel like a service at all ,it felt like I was being taken care of by people who truly wanted me to feel better, inside and out. There were so many others in the team who truly touched my heart. Everyone I met was so kind and genuine. And yes, I absolutely loved my short vacation here. It gave me the peaceful break I truly needed, and when I left, I felt completely renewed both in body and mind. I’m so grateful for everything. It’s an experience I’ll always cherish. I know for sure I’ll be coming back, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Der Preis ist geringer als für unsere Hotel-Urlaube (oder Wellness-Reisen) aber man bekommt sehr viel mehr und auch noch qualitativ sehr hochwertig: 2x täglich Behandlungen mit ganz vielen Massagen, Besprechungen, ayurvedische Mittel, gesundes Essen, Trinken, Bademäntel usw. und dann noch Urlaub und Erholung. Das nenne ich echtes all inclusive. Wir waren und sind begeistert und merken es an unserer Gesundheit! Tipp mind. zwei Wochen wenn möglich und natürlich am besten direkt buchen, da gibt es die besten Preise. Ich bewerte selten aber DIESER Aufenthalt war einfach super: sehr angenehme Leute, sehr engagiert. Tolle: Behandlungen, Essen, Unterkunft, Erholung, Natur, Sauberkeit, (kostenloser) Transfer vom Flughafen. Man konnte sogar das gefilterte Wasser ohne Nebenwirkungen trinken. ALLES war sehr gut und hat gesundheitlich viel bewirkt. Jede Behandlung war abgestimmt, täglich wurde mit dem Gesundheitsteam besprochen, wie es einem geht. Ich habe mich in besten Händen gewusst und es wurden sogar Spezialisten zu Rate gezogen, wenn nötig. Es können viele Sachen behandelt werden, die man bei uns schwer und langwierig sind z.B. burnout aber auch (wie bei mir) zur Prophylaxe absolut TOP. Je länger man bleibt, desto besser. 1 Woche auf jeden Fall machen, viel effektiver sind zwei / drei Wochen. Für jung, mittel und älter geeignet. Es war jedes Alter vor Ort. Eine gute Mischung. Man kann für sich allein bleiben oder nette Leute aus aller Welt kennen lernen. Das Resort ist auch nicht zu groß und nicht zu klein, genau richtig (ich wollte kein großes Hotel mit viel Ablenkung und Lärm). Wichtig war mir auch, nicht weit vom Flughafen Kochi zu sein, nach dem langen Flug und, dass alles sicher und sauber ist und ich abgeholt werde. Alles wurde erfüllt. Der Resort selbst ist ein Paradies, sauber und an sich schon sehr erholsam. Das tolle Team macht aus dem Aufenthalt zum Urlaubs-Preis eine Gesundheits- UND Urlaubs-Reise. Es gab viele Massagen mit 2 Masseuren/innen und Behandlungen am Vormittag und Nachmittag, alles inclusive! Eine Dame aus Dänemark dort hatte schon 8 Ayurveda Reisen gemacht bei 5 verschiedenen Anbietern und auch sie fand dieses am besten. Also bleibe ich dabei und komme wieder! Es waren Leute von sehr weit weg angereist und Wiederkehrer. Das sagt schon viel. Es war erholsam, wurde aber nicht langweilig. Der Ausflug zum Wasserfall war sehr schön (auf dem Weg haben wir wilde Elefanten gesehen!) Man kann Kayak fahren, Radfahren, Yoga (alles kostenlos) oder einfach spazieren gehen und die Natur genießen oder mit dem Fahrer mal eigene Ausflüge machen (die Behandlungen werden dann zeitlich angepasst). Man fühlt sich wie neu geboren, voller Energie und es hält auch an. Hätte ich nicht erwartet und bin froh, gleich den richtigen Ort gefunden zu haben. Die Betreiber-Familie hat sehr viel Erfahrung und das merkt man bei ALLEM. Alles war top und daher kann ich Softouch absolut empfehlen! Es ist eine weitere Zweigstelle in Kroatien geplant, also auch näher bei uns. I could not be happier with my decision to go to Softouch. Every aspect of my retreat was excellent: the treatments, meals, atmosphere, personal care and environment. Well, I’ve been trying to think of a word—the perfect word, rather—to describe this little Ayurvedic oasis that goes by the name of Softouch. I searched the internet for hours, looking at all different places in Kerala, trying to find the right Ayurvedic center for my stay. When I stumbled across Softouch, I knew it was exactly where I needed to be. All I can say now is that I couldn’t be more grateful that I had the privilege of staying and experiencing such love and care from each and every one of the incredible individuals who work here and make this place the sanctuary that it is. I’ve never in my life been so warmly welcomed, and I instantly felt I had become a part of a family. The doctor’s appointments, Ayurvedic treatments, the incredible variety of food, the cozy and beautiful accommodation, the location, and the undivided attention and warmth that you receive are inestimable. I discussed with some of the other guests during my stay how amazing it is that, as guests, we never felt lost in a crowd or that we were just another customer. But rather seen, understood, and appreciated. It’s a truly unique and rare thing to experience. I seriously cannot fault this place, and it’s all a credit and reflection of the beautiful and hardworking family who operates it. I never found the perfect word to describe this haven because there’s no single word in the dictionary that could possibly capture the beauty, professionalism, and overall magic of this place. Besides, it would be almost rude to try to condense it all down to a single word. I’m forever grateful for the time I spent at Softouch.
