12. Cancellation Policy & Payments 

• 1. Payment Policy
  • A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
  • The balance amount is payable 30 days prior to arrival, unless mutually agreed to be settled upon check-in.
  • Payments are accepted via credit/debit card, UPI, or cash (up to a maximum of INR 2,00,000, as per Government regulations).
  • All rates are inclusive of applicable Government taxes.

  • By making an advance payment, the guest confirms acceptance of all booking, cancellation, postponement, and communication policies stated herein.

• Cancellation charges are calculated as a percentage of the total booking value and apply as follows:
  • Cancellations made 45 days or more prior to arrival: Full refund (excluding any bank or payment gateway charges, if applicable).
  • Cancellations made 31 – 44 days prior to arrival: 10% retention applies.
  • Cancellations made 15–30 days prior to arrival: 50% retention applies.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival, including no-shows or early departures: 100% retention applies.
  • Requests for postponement are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. In the event of a medical emergency, a date change or credit note may be offered at the discretion of the management, subject to availability and operational feasibility.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and prevailing rates at the time of rescheduling.
  • No refunds or credits are applicable for early departures or unused services once the stay has commenced.
• All bookings and services are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the booking or stay shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.
