Recommend Diet - Vegetarian as per Ayurveda
Ayurveda recommends a pure vegetarian diet for all and emphasizes the importance of natural purity. The Ayurvedic diet is based on the ancient traditional mode of food habits and focuses on the six important tastes: sweet, sour, salty, pungent, bitter, and astringent. A holistic approach to diet and food is taken, with agni or digestive fire being a significant concept in Ayurveda. Ayurveda considers agni as the source of life and emphasizes the need to maintain a healthy digestive fire to reduce the risk of lifestyle diseases. The Ayurvedic diet with the agni concept can boost life and is a widely accepted reality globally. It is crucial to pay attention to your food habits and keep your digestive fire strong to maintain optimal health.
Staying Flexible with both Veg & Non-Veg options
We appreciate the varied cultural backgrounds and dietary preferences of our guests. While we advocate for a vegetarian diet in alignment with Ayurvedic principles, our flexibility sets us apart from other resorts in Kerala. Recognising that guests may have diverse dietary needs and preferences, we gladly offer non-vegetarian food choices at no additional cost.
