12. Cancellation Policy & Payments 

• Make your bookings directly online or fill in the online form/email: info@softouchayurveda.com
• Online Payments are processed via Stripe (Mastercard & Visa)
• Payments are also possible in cash and all major currencies are accepted or through card terminals
• 50 % advance payment is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining amount due 2 weeks prior to arrival
• The cancellation policy are as follows:
  – If cancelled at any point, 20% of the booking invoice amount will be charged
  – Cancellations within 15-30 days incur 50% retention: within 10 days, full retention applies
• Postponed booking are dealt on a case to case basis depending upon the merit of the request, we remain committed to staying flexible
