EXCELLENT8.0 Ein toller Aufenthalt mit klasse Kerala Essen a la Mama🫶🏼. ☺Wir haben uns für diese Unterkunft wegen den guten Bewertungen entschieden. Das Familien geführte Hotel ist sehr schmackhaft eingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Wir haben oft für Ausflüge ein Taksi gebucht, wo wir unterstützt wurden. Auch außerhalb der Esszeiten haben wir unser Essen sehr liebevoll serviert bekommen. Ein tolles Abendgespräch hatten wir mit den Besitzern der Unterkunft. Die Lage ist wundervoll direk am Fluss gelegen. Tolle Gartenanlage und ein schicker Pool. ☹Wir hatten Probleme mit der Klimaanlage, deshalb haben wir das Zimmer gewechselt. Unser Problem wurde schnell gelöst! Allgemein war die Luftfeuchtigkeit sehr hoch zu unserer Zeit, dass hat man im Haus gemerkt.10 Exceptional9.0 Highly recommend this beautiful place for a holistic, relaxing stay. ☺ Softouch Ayurveda Village in Kerala was superb, thank you! We stayed 2 nights in a lovely room, spacious, cool & elegantly decorated with a huge, well appointed bathroom. The main house is fantastic, a beautiful big old colonial home with really lovely eclectic style- designed by the owner. It is set in wonderful grounds next to the river- ideal for bird & nature watching. Most importantly of all though are the hosts- impressively professional & so kind & friendly! The food was delicious, we had great home cooked vegetarian meals. The Ayurvedic consultation & treatments were thoroughly explained & were very relaxing & reinvigorating. We enjoyed really great conversations with interesting people, they arranged trips out & were knowledgeable about the local flora, fauna & culture. Thank you! ☹ Difficult to think of anything but long mirror near a plug in the rooms would be good please.10 ☺بشكل عام كانت تجربة اكثر من رائعة، جلست فترة ابحث عن منتجع علاجي تتوفر فيه جميع الخدمات وكان خيار مناسب الحقيقة. نبدى يومنا الصباح بجلسة يوقا لمدة ساعه، بعدها نروح نفطر بعدها نلعب بلياردو او نشوف فلم بعدين نروح الجلسة العلاجية الشعبية الأولى وهي حسب خطة يضعها الطبيب المقيم بالمنتجع بعد كذا وجبة الغداء وممكن تقضي وقتك تمشي بالحديقة الواسعه او سباحة او في المكتبة بعدها تبدى جلسة علاجية ثانية، وبعدها نروح لأي مكان قريب نتمشى فيه لين يجي وقت وجبة العشاء، الجميل بالموضوع ان المكان جدا هادي بوسط غابة مطله عالنهر وفيه عدة فعاليات بالمكان تخلينا مانحتاج نطلع منه، الأكل لذيذ ومتغير واخذت الباقة الكاملة بالخدمات بشكل مباشر مع المنتجع. ☹كل شيء ممتاز9.0 Wonderful10 Accoglienza e ospitalità, relax, natura, yoga e ayurveda in una struttura bellissima ricca di charme ☺Mi è piaciuto tutto di questa meravigliosa struttura. Prima di tutto l’ACCOGLIENZA. All’arrivo mi hanno accolta con collana di fiori profumatissima e un latte di cocco squisito. Dopo la sistemazione nella mia suite ho potuto assaporare il cibo delizioso preparato con molta cura. Una bella passeggiata per scoprire la natura nella quale il resort è immerso. Il mio soggiorno è durato una settimana e per una settimana sono stata coccolata da tutto il personale e dalla meravigliosa famiglia che lo gestisce. Sempre pronti ad esaudire ogni mio desiderio. Come in una fiaba. Tranquillità, relax, natura, massaggi, yoga, passeggiate, lettura, piscina…tutto perfetto. A paradise in every sense. The place is tranquil and serene with perfect hospitality. The rooms are squeaky clean and well equipped. I have just departed from my 4.5 days at Softouch in Kerala. I can say I'm a very different person now to when I arrived. I am 34 years old from Australia and generally fit and healthy, I went for some relaxation and rejuvenation, which was much needed due to a stressful job. The massages, the food, the gardens and the rooms as well as the tailored medicine and treatment program allowed me to enter some deep relaxation. By the end I did not want to leave. I am now feeling very calm and centered. I now plan to bring my mother here! The family vibe from both staff and other guests made this place very welcoming and cozy. You will likely make some friends to keep I'm contact with. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, you wont be disappointed. If you go, make sure to do the morning yoga outside by the river and walk amongst the garden! I'll be back for sure. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the serene ambience and the positive, calming vibe they’ve created here. The food was exceptional – every meal felt like it was made with so much care and love. The Sadhya lunch was a standout! The treatments and activities were top-notch. I especially enjoyed the cooking class and the waterfall tour – both were so fun and memorable. The entire staff is incredibly sweet and friendly, going above and beyond to make sure every guest feels welcome and cared for. This retreat is truly a hidden gem, and I’ll be recommending it to all my friends. Kudos to the team for putting together such a wonderful space that nurtures both the body and soul. At Softouch this is take very seriously and delivered very passionately. We are connected to this world through our senses. Softouch nourishes very ayurvedi’cally all our senses and thus trying to resort the balance. Our sense of :- Taste :–is nourished through authentic Kerala ‘Sattvic’ food. Care has been taken to request patron if there’s any food that they need to avoid which in treatment. Such detailing. The food is very homely cooked and served with motherly love. Touch : The well trained Ayurvedic Masseurs are quite skilled, as they glide their experienced hands through our bodies, immediately pointing the stresses on the various parts and their subsequent effort is towards relieving them. Some even we didn’t know exits. Its calls for a trained eye and mind. Indeed theirs touch were Midas Touch. Masseur Jijo Jose and masseuse Ms. Deepa and Ms. Saneesha Das truly stand out. Smell : Softouch is set amidst 18-20 acers of thickly vegetated and well crafted forest leading to backwaters. For the ones who are connected, the fresh aroma of nature is in itself very therapeutic. Try it. Hearing: Amidst the trees are neatly nested very limited rooms/cottages (about 11 or so). The symphony of nature through birds chirping, breeze caressing the trees, their flowers and fruits, the silence of back waters almost provides a perfect space for one to be centred. Separately, it’s also in the Hearing of Dr. Henry, Dr. Jugunu and Dr. Anjana – which puts us in lots of ease, erasing Dis-ease. Vision : Whilst it appears that we are seeing things physically, but at a certain level, when looked holistically, Nature is calling to us to be a part of them and is trying to embracing us. Just that we need to make ourselves available. This too a very important part of therapy. Which we so very personally experienced. Special shout to our magician Mrs. Remaya – for everything and anything that she can produce at your wish. She was very attentive and helpful. She’s an customers delight. Lastly to the founders - Mr. Davis, Karan , Kewin and Mrs. Preety for taking care of us as a parent would have done. They say, Gratitude is Prayer in action. They looked after us so well and treated us like family. They prepared all the Kerala specific foods we requested and it was just so authentic and healthy. We stayed in the Grand Villa and it was just breathtaking. We were surrounded by sheer beauty, the people, treatments, architecture and nature just came together and did wonders for our mental health. We can't wait to go back!
