What the role involves

• Night audit: closing the day, reconciling the day's charges, payments and room status, and preparing the morning handover report.
• Answering reservation enquiries that arrive overnight by email and WhatsApp — most of our guests are in Europe and the Gulf and write in their evening — and keeping the booking calendar accurate.
• Receiving late and early-morning arrivals, coordinating with the airport driver, and settling guests into their rooms calmly.
• Being the first response to anything that happens at night — a guest request, a power cut, a guest who is unwell — and calling the resident doctor or management when needed.
• Working with night security on property rounds, and making sure nothing is left for the morning that should have been handled at night.
• Keeping records and admin tidy: registers, guest documents, reports and the small tasks that make the next day run smoothly.

What we are looking for

• Experience at another hotel or resort, on the front desk, in reservations or on night audit.
• Hands-on experience with a hotel reservations or property-management system.
• Confident with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace — email, spreadsheets, shared calendars.
• Comfortable using AI tools for everyday work: drafting replies, translating a message, summarising a long thread.
• Good spoken and written English.
• A professional, reassuring manner with guests at any hour.
• Genuine attention to detail. At night you are often the only person checking — the numbers, the bookings and the handover have to be right.
• Willing to work night shifts as a regular pattern.

What the role involves

• Preparing vegetarian Kerala cuisine to each guest's dosha and prescribed diet, adjusting as their programme progresses.
• Working daily with the doctors so dietary changes reach the kitchen the same day.
• Cooking for guests on Panchakarma, where diet is strictly defined and timing matters clinically.
• Presenting the food beautifully. A prescribed diet can look restrictive on the plate; ours should not. Guests eat the same dining room three times a day for weeks, and presentation is a large part of what makes that a pleasure rather than a regimen.
• Maintaining hygiene and food-safety standards appropriate to an accredited hospital — personal, station and storage.
• Hosting the weekly guest cooking session, where guests learn dishes they have eaten during the week.

What we are looking for

• Professional experience cooking Kerala vegetarian cuisine.
• Understanding of Ayurvedic dietary principles — or the genuine interest to learn them properly with our doctors.
• Able to cook to a prescription rather than to preference, and to keep quality steady across a small number of covers.
• A high personal standard of hygiene and a disciplined, clean kitchen. This is an accredited hospital as well as a resort, and it is the one area where we do not compromise.
• An eye for presentation — plating, garnish and consistency from one cover to the next.
• Good spoken and written English.

An advantage

• Experience at an Ayurveda centre, wellness resort or hotel serving international guests.
• Comfortable talking to guests about their food — many will ask.
• Any other language — German, Italian, Arabic or Russian.

What the role involves

• Running recruitment end to end: writing and posting roles, shortlisting, arranging interviews with department heads, reference checks and offer letters.
• Onboarding new staff properly — documents, staff accommodation, uniforms, a first week planned with their department, and the hygiene and safety induction every role here starts with.
• Keeping personnel files, attendance, leave and duty rosters accurate, and preparing monthly payroll inputs.
• Handling Provident Fund, ESI and statutory compliance under Kerala labour law, on time and without reminders.
• Maintaining the staff records, qualifications and training logs an NABH-accredited hospital is audited on, and supporting the team through accreditation reviews.
• Planning the training calendar — clinical refreshers with the doctors, hygiene, first aid, guest service and language sessions.
• Being someone staff can come to. Listening to concerns early, handling them fairly and confidentially, and making sure small problems do not become large ones.

What we are looking for

• A bachelor's or master's degree — ideally in HR (BBA, MBA or MSW in HR).
• Two or more years in an HR role, ideally at a hotel, resort or hospital.
• Working knowledge of PF, ESI and Kerala labour regulations.
• Confident with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially spreadsheets.
• Fluent Malayalam and English, spoken and written.
• Discretion. You will know salaries, medical details and personal circumstances, and none of it leaves the office.

An advantage

• Experience of an NABH or similar accreditation process.
• Spoken Hindi.
• Experience with an HR or payroll system.
• Comfortable using AI tools for everyday work — drafting letters, job posts and policies.

What the role involves

• Serving breakfast, lunch, herbal tea and dinner in the dining area.
• Knowing which guest is on which prescribed diet, and never serving outside it — some restrictions are clinical, not preference.
• Carrying dietary questions back to the kitchen and the doctors accurately.
• Keeping the dining area calm and unhurried, and setting up for the cooking sessions.
• Noticing when a guest is unwell, low or eating less, and telling the team.

What we are looking for

• Experience in restaurant or resort service, ideally with international guests.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Attention to detail — in this dining room, serving the wrong dish is a clinical matter rather than a service one.
