Fourteen rooms, four doctors
The estate holds fourteen rooms across eighteen acres. That scale is deliberate: it allows a physician to see every guest each day and to remember what was said the day before. Attention, rather than size, is what we have built the place around.
Your accommodation
Grand Cottages set in the garden, each with a private balcony and modern en-suite. Garden Villas with a king-size bed and a balcony over the gardens, the pool beside them. A two-bedroom Grand Villa that joins into a single unit for families. An Ayur Villa beside the treatment centre. A Pool Villa with an open-air bathroom and a wide patio. And three suites within the main building — the Presidential with a Jacuzzi and walk-in wardrobe, the Grand with a bathtub, the Executive with two washrooms.
Space, and quiet
Eighteen riverside acres, a private jetty on the Chalakudy, 1.5 km of paved walking paths, two pools and a library. With so few rooms, quiet is simply how the estate is. The whole property can also be taken privately, for a family or a small group.
Comfort alongside the clinical
Meals are prescribed to your constitution and to the stage of your programme. Dinner is served early because the timing is part of the treatment, and the estate is smoke-free and alcohol-free throughout. The comfort is in the rooms, the grounds and the care — the programme itself stays as your doctor sets it.
The table
Vegetarian Kerala cuisine, prepared to each guest's dosha and adjusted as the programme progresses, with produce from our own farm. A weekly cooking class with our chef sends you home able to prepare the dishes you have been eating.
