Ayurvedic Cuisine: Food as Medicine

In Ayurveda, we believe that food is the first medicine. A treatment can only be effective if the body is nourished correctly. At Softouch, our kitchen works in perfect harmony with our clinic to ensure that every meal supports your healing process with fresh, organic ingredients.

Personalized Nutrition for Your Dosha

After your initial consultation, our Doctors prescribe a nutrition plan tailored to balance your specific Dosha (Vata, Pitta, or Kapha). Whether you are here for weight management or rejuvenation, our chefs prepare meals that follow the protocols while ensuring a delightful culinary experience.

Farm-to-Table Organic Freshness

We believe in the power of purity. Situated on an 18-acre estate, we source many of our vegetables, herbs, and fruits directly from our own organic gardens. This “Sattvic” approach ensures that your food is free from chemicals and rich in Prana (life energy), delivered from our soil to your plate within hours of harvest.

Personalised Diet customised by Ayurveda Doctor
At our health retreat, we offer personalised Ayurvedic diets and natural medicines to ensure optimal results during your stay. Our Doctor consults with you to prepare a detailed diet plan which is followed closely by our experienced culinary team. Our menu is categorized into – Vatha, Pitha, and Kapha, using farm-fresh ingredients and foods that aid in healing.
Recommend Diet - Vegetarian as per Ayurveda
Ayurveda recommends a pure vegetarian diet for all and emphasizes the importance of natural purity. The Ayurvedic diet is based on the ancient traditional mode of food habits and focuses on the six important tastes: sweet, sour, salty, pungent, bitter, and astringent. A holistic approach to diet and food is taken, with agni or digestive fire being a significant concept in Ayurveda. Ayurveda considers agni as the source of life and emphasizes the need to maintain a healthy digestive fire to reduce the risk of lifestyle diseases. The Ayurvedic diet with the agni concept can boost life and is a widely accepted reality globally. It is crucial to pay attention to your food habits and keep your digestive fire strong to maintain optimal health.
