- —Clinical Therapies: Two personalised Ayurvedic treatments per day as prescribed by the doctor.
- —Ayurvedic Nutrition: Full-board, Dosha-specific vegetarian meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) tailored to your treatment phase.

Pricing & What's Included
Our pricing is refreshingly simple. Every rate is all-inclusive and inclusive of taxes, covering your accommodation, two daily Ayurvedic therapies, daily doctor consultations, full-board Dosha-specific meals, daily yoga and meditation, prescribed Ayurvedic medicines during your stay, and airport transfers — with no separate treatment fees to add on.
The rate is the same across all treatment types and varies only with your room category, length of stay, and single or double occupancy. A rejuvenation programme and a Panchakarma programme in the same room cost the same per night, so you can finalise your medical focus with the physician after you arrive.
- —Panchakarma programmes require a minimum stay of two weeks, as they include additional treatments and procedures — all covered in the package price.
- —Not included: take-home (discharge) medicines — a small, optional cost if you choose to continue treatment at home — and laundry if needed.
- —Local excursions: we're happy to arrange trips to nearby destinations; transport is coordinated at the resort using our own electric (EV) vehicles.
For an exact quote, simply share your preferred dates, room and number of guests, and our team will confirm the total.

Pre-Arrival Medical Guidelines
To ensure you receive the maximum clinical benefit from your time with us, we recommend the following preparations:
- —Duration of Stay: We advise a minimum stay of 7 nights for a rejuvenating experience. Bespoke medical programmes are typically scheduled for 14, 21, or 28 days.
- —Pre-Consultation: For guests seeking Panchakarma, please book a complimentary online consultation with our Senior Physician prior to your arrival.
- —Medical Records: Upon booking confirmation, kindly forward any relevant medical reports to our team so we can prepare for your case.
- —Pregnancy: Please inform our reservations team immediately if you suspect you may be pregnant, as specific Ayurvedic therapies are strictly contraindicated during this time.
- —Digital Detox: While complimentary Wi-Fi is available across the resort, we highly encourage a digital detox to calm the nervous system. Upon request, we can securely store your devices for the duration of your stay.
- —Note on Panchakarma: Intensive detoxification therapies (such as Raktamokshana, Snehapanam, Vasti, Vamana, or Virechana) require a minimum 14-night stay and strict medical approval following your consultation.
