    Begin your day with a one-hour session in our open-air yoga hall. Gentle stretching and breath work awaken the body and clear the mind.

  • Breakfast @ 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM

    Enjoy a warm Vegetarian breakfast accompanied by freshly prepared herbal teas and drinks.

  • Ayurveda Treatment @ 09:00 AM - 01:00 PM

    Your primary personalised therapy as per your program after Doctor consultation. We offer Doctor consultation prior to your arrival. You consult our Doctors during or after each treatment.

  • Healthy Lunch @ 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM

    According to Ayurveda, digestive fire (Agni) is strongest at midday. Enjoy our healthy, Dosha- labelled vegetarian buffet prepared in home-cooked style to perfection.

  • Mindful Leisure Activities - Day to Evening

    Enjoy quiet reflection in our 18-acre forest sanctuary, stroll through the organic farm, kayak the river, or unwind in the library. Cycle scenic village routes, relax by the pool while spotting birdlife, or watch a film in our private home theatre.

  • Second Therapeutic Session @ 2:30 PM - 6:00 PM

    Your afternoon therapy typically a shorter, targeted session as prescribed by the Doctor.

  • Meditation Session @ 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM

    Experience guided Meditation session to transition from the active day into a restful evening.

  • Light Dinner @ 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM

    A nourishing, warm evening meal with soups and lightly sautéed vegetable designed for easy overnight digestion.

  • Guided Local Excursions

    Guests who book a minimum stay of 7 nights are invited on a complimentary day trip to experience the majestic Athirappilly Waterfalls and the Hanging Bridge. For guests staying two weeks or longer, we also organise a outing to Chalakudy allowing you to experience local Kerala village life.
